UTIA Capital Projects

UTIA capital projects span the state of Tennessee, bringing to life the facilities where Real. Life. Solutions. are created and disseminated.

The UTIA Office of General Services manages these projects and is responsible for the development of all UTIA capital outlay, capital maintenance, and self‐funded projects. The office works with the deans of AgResearch, Extension, the Herbert College of Agriculture, the College of Veterinary Medicine units—as well as the UT System and UT Knoxville—to accomplish capital project goals.
